At Beyond Cheeky, every item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we kindly ask that you review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All items are custom printed after your purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected
- Change of mind
- Colour preference changes
- Ordering the wrong product
- Buyer’s remorse
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A printing defect
- The wrong product
- A manufacturing error
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will:
- Send a free replacement, OR
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
3. Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order:
- Please contact your local carrier first
- Check with neighbours or household members
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or product, please place a new order.
