Thank you for shopping with Beyond Cheeky. Every item is made-to-order and printed especially for you once your order is placed.
Order Processing Time
All products are custom printed.
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped immediately.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
United States Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
🇺🇸 Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a $4.99 flat rate shipping fee on all U.S. orders.
Shipping time: 3–5 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (including production time)
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or high-demand periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
Beyond Cheeky is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- We cannot guarantee replacement or refund
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
